Reporting, when there is something real to report

This page will hold documented figures. Until those exist, it holds the standard they will be held to.

Nothing is published yet

We have not published gift counts, dollar figures, program distributions, testimonials or partner endorsements, because publishing numbers that cannot be documented is the fastest way to lose the trust this work requires. When figures are verified and an authorized allocation policy is in place, they will appear here with their period and their source.

What will be reported

  • Number of gifts accepted in a reporting period, by asset category.
  • Gifts retained for approved charitable use versus responsibly disposed of.
  • Resources made available to approved Commissary Grant program areas.
  • The reporting period, the preparation date and the basis of each figure.

What will not be reported

  • Estimated, projected or illustrative figures presented as results.
  • Any claim that all proceeds or a fixed percentage supports a specific program.
  • Donor identities or asset details without written permission.
  • Stories about program participants that were not given freely and with dignity.

Where program information lives

Program activity is described by the programs themselves at CommissaryGrant.com. Our reporting addresses gifts and resources; theirs addresses program delivery.
